Create Timer: Tap the "+" button at the bottom, enter the timer name, select the timing mode (countdown or count-up), set the duration (for countdown mode), then save.

Start Timing: In the timer list, tap the timer button to start timing. Countdown will automatically count down, and count-up will automatically accumulate.

Stop Timing: Tap the timer button again to stop timing.
